1. Strict No Refund Policy

At Visolix API, we provide immediate access to digital goods and services (API credits and functionality). Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please Note: Once a payment is made and credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

2. Why No Refunds?

As a provider of digital API services, our costs are incurred the moment specific resources are allocated and utilized. Because our service offers:

  • Immediate Access: Credits are available instantly after payment.
  • Irrevocable Consumption: API calls and data processing cannot be "returned" once executed.
  • Trial Availability: We encourage users to test our services with smaller amounts before committing to larger purchases.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," unused credits, or accidental purchases.

3. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

While our general policy is "No Refunds," we may consider exceptions only in the following specific technical scenarios:

  • Transaction Errors: If you were charged but credits were not applied to your account due to a system error.
  • Duplicate Charges: If a technical glitch caused a single transaction to be billed multiple times.

In these specific cases, please contact support immediately with your transaction ID for investigation.

4. User Responsibility

By using Visolix API, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the service meets your needs before purchasing.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and API key (unauthorized usage is not refundable).
  • You have read and understood this No Refund Policy prior to making any payments.
